Received Accurate tracking updates from the time it was registered at port it arrived in from China. It came packaged in a wooden crate with lots of Styrofoam and arrived in pristine condition. Thanks again!!

Excellent wine cooler. No question about that. My only issue was the power cord out the back option. The option description is not correct. The cord was out the back but through a hole in the bottom of the rear preventing the unit from sliding into my credenza completely. I had to modify it so that the cord was totally out the back of the unit so that the cooler would slide completely into the credenza like the previous unit.

Very happy with my order. The unit arrived sooner than expected and well packed. I replaced an older unit of the same model, and the new unit works even better. Couldn't be happier.

The issue is that the power cord modification as I understood it, was to be out the back. In reality the modification was out the back but through a port hole at the bottom preventing the unit from fully sliding in my credenza. I had to do my own modification and cut the metal and reposition the cord so that the cord could be placed out the back of the unit and not down in the back through a port hole preventing the unit from being installed properly.

I purchased a replacement unit WKCE 1060 to replace the original unit in my wine credenza. Excellent quality to have lasted over 20 years before needing replacement.
