How far can the condenser be installed from the evaporator?
The condenser can be installed up to approximately 100 line feet from the evaporator, subject to correct line sizing, vertical-rise requirements, oil-management practices, refrigerant charging, and manufacturer installation instructions.
What line-set sizes are required?

How often should the system be maintained?
Annual professional preventive maintenance is recommended. Maintenance should include inspection of the coils, condensate system, drain line, pump, electrical components, airflow, refrigerant operation, controller probes, and bottle probe.
How is the split-system warranty activated?
The installing certified HVAC/R technician must complete and submit the required split-system warranty checklist with the requested installation, charging, electrical, drainage, and start-up data. Warranty activation is subject to WhisperKOOL review and approval.
