SC PRO Series - WhisperKOOL Wine Cellar Cooling Systems are easy-to-install wine cellar cooling units (self-contained) that do not require a professional HVAC-R technician for installation.
The SC PRO series offers additional features that can be added on, such as a UV-C Lighting System which helps eliminate mold and bacterial growth in the cooling system, a Condenser Ducting Kit that allows for the safe and efficient venting of the unit, and an Exterior Grille to protect the exhaust side of the system. These options give you the flexibility to customize the unit to meet your specific needs and preferences.
What makes the SC PRO Series different from the SC Series?
The WhisperKOOL SC PRO 2000 has a new, improved fan system that enhances performance and operates at a much lower noise level. DIGITAL CONTROLLER The digital thermostat found on the front of the device comes with a feature called Advanced System Protection which includes alarms to notify you if certain conditions are not met.
BOTTLE PROBE WhisperKOOL wine cooling units accurately measure the temperature of wine in the cellar through the use of WhisperKOOL bottle probe or liquid temperature measuring probe. This method of measuring the temperature of a liquid is more precise and provides a more accurate reflection of the temperature of the wines stored in the cellar compared to measuring the temperature of the air in the cellar.
CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER The new SC PRO WhisperKOOL Cooling Units feature a revised fan system that provides powerful and direct airflow. This new fan design allows for even quieter operation and is meant to efficiently distribute conditioned air throughout the wine room.
CONDENSATE EVAPORATOR A new advanced condensate management system has been added to this WhisperKOOL Wine Cooling System, which can efficiently evaporate up to 3 ounces of condensate per hour of operation. This management system makes the drain line a secondary precautionary measure rather than a necessity.
POWER SUPPLY The unit can be powered from either the front or the rear, depending on your preference. The cooling unit can be plugged into a standard electrical outlet for power.

The SC PRO Exterior Housing Grille protects the exhaust side of the WhisperKOOL SC PRO Series from the outdoor elements. This SC PRO Exterior Housing Grille is a must-have if you're building a wine cellar and installing your cooling system through an exterior wall.
The purpose of this ducting kit is to redirect excess heat from the exhaust side of WhisperKOOL systems. It helps improve the overall performance of the cooling system by preventing the build-up of heat inside the wine cellar, ensuring that the desired temperature is maintained.

The use of the 24-volt thermostat conversion kit eliminates the thermostat normally included with the system and allows your contractor to select, purchase and install the thermostat technology of your choice, including but not limited to Nest, Ecobee, and Honeywell.
By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V thermostat to run the equipment.
Not utilizing the thermostat from WhisperKOOL also eliminates the use of the bottle probe.
WhisperKOOL does not provide smart thermostats. Those must be purchased separately.
WhisperKOOL customer service staff do not provide technical support for customers’ selected thermostats.

FYI, I like you selection of Haut-Brion for the bottle probe sample. This property has been in my family since 1935 and is the oldest of Bordeaux. Thought you might find American ownership of interest.

SC PRO 2000 works great!
We bought the 2000 SC PRO and it works great. It keeps the temp perfect. We didn't have to do any special wiring, just plugged it in and cooled down our wine cellar. No more worries about temperature fluctuations.

I have a small space under my staircase that I converted into a small cellar. It wasn't too spacious but it is perfect for the amount of wine I usually store. I was actually looking at SC PRO 4000 but Lisa said the 2000 is the perfect cooler for the size of my cellar. I am not particularly handy and not great with measurements.
