The WhisperKOOL Extreme 8000 tiR Fully-Ducted Wine Cellar Cooling System is an advanced and powerful cooling system that features variable-speed fans for optimal wine cellar conditions. This wine cooler unit can be placed up to 25 ducted feet away from the cellar and comes with duct plenums for the evaporator and condenser. WhisperKOOL Fully Ducted Systems are designed for those who prefer their cooling unit to be out of sight in the cellar. Additionally, it includes a WhisperKOOL thermostat and KDT Plus remote controller which can be mounted up to 50 feet away from the Extreme systems, allowing you to monitor and adjust the temperature of your cellar without needing to enter it. This is the perfect solution for those who want to have control over their wine cellar temperature without compromising the aesthetics.
With both standard and 24V thermostat options available, you can customize this Extreme WhisperKOOL wine cellar cooler to your preferences. DIGITAL CONTROLLER You'll find the WhisperKOOL thermostat in front of the unit. It has an Advanced System Protection which alerts to notify you if specific parameters aren't met. You can place the thermostat up to 25 feet away from the unit with WhisperKOOL Extreme tiR systems.
BOTTLE PROBE The WhisperKOOL bottle probe measures the wine's temperature in the cellar with accuracy. As opposed to measuring the ambient cellar air, the liquid temperature measuring probe provides a more precise and accurate reflection of the temperature of the wines stored in the cellar.
3-SPEED FAN SWITCH You can simply adjust the fan speeds with just a flip of the 3-speed fan switch feature that is built in front of the unit.
DUCTING OPTIONS The Extreme systems give you partial and fully-ducted option. The Extreme tiR can use either partial ducting or ducting on both sides, while the Extreme ti allows for partial ducting.
EXTERIOR GRILLE Mounting through an exterior wall? The WhisperKOOL exterior grille protects the exhaust side of the system from the outdoor elements when installed through an exterior wall.

The use of the 24-volt thermostat conversion kit eliminates the thermostat normally included with the system and allows your contractor to select, purchase and install the thermostat technology of your choice, including but not limited to Nest, Ecobee, and Honeywell.
By selecting the 24V Thermostat Conversion Kit, you have acknowledged that the system will not be built with the standard WhisperKOOL control or liquid measuring bottle probe. You will have to source and purchase your own 24V thermostat to run the equipment.
Not utilizing the thermostat from WhisperKOOL also eliminates the use of the bottle probe.
WhisperKOOL does not provide smart thermostats. Those must be purchased separately.
WhisperKOOL customer service staff do not provide technical support for customers’ selected thermostats.
