For extended wine-cellar temperature ranges. Allows a Wine Guardian unit to control to an extended temperature range from 45°F(7° C) to 64°F(18° C), perfect for single to multiple cabinet applications and small wine rooms in which serving-temperature cooling is preferred.
This bundle also contains an integral electric heater coil and controls to protect wine cellars from dangerously low temperatures. It is ideal for areas where ambient temperatures fall below 50°F/10°C.
**Extreme Climate Protection Bundle
For Self-Contained Ducted systems: Contains an integral compressor crankcase heater and controls to protect the system against low temperatures (required when inlet air to the condenser coil is below 40°F/5°C). The bundle also contains an integral high capacity condenser fan and coil for operation at elevated ambient temperatures. Cellar Sizing Guidance
The DS050 is rated for wine rooms from 650 to 3,000 cubic feet, but actual cooling load depends on more than room volume. A cellar with heavy glass exposure, poor insulation, frequent door openings, high ambient temperatures, or exterior wall exposure may require a different system size.

Fan-Coil and Condensing Options
Standard Fan-Coil
The standard fan-coil option is the base model with a coated evaporator coil. It is suitable for standard wine cellar storage applications where the system is primarily used to maintain proper wine storage temperatures.
Standard with All Wine Temperatures
The All Wine Temperatures (AWT) bundle includes a factory-mounted heater and extended controls that allow the wine room to be adjusted across a wider range of serving temperatures. It covers 45°F to 64°F and is useful for applications where temperatures may drop below 50°F.
Standard Condensing Option
The standard condensing option is the base model with Low Ambient Protection, which helps protect the system from cold temperatures below 5°C / 40°F.
Extreme Climate Protection
The Extreme Climate Protection bundle protects the condenser section only in extreme climate conditions. It is designed for climates that fall below 20°F and allows the system to operate in temperatures as low as -20°F.
Ducting Options
Ducting options help customize how air moves into and out of the wine cellar. Final ducting configuration should be planned by a qualified installer based on the cellar layout.
Duct Collar - Return - Inlet
The return inlet duct collar pulls air from the wine room and returns it to the wine cellar cooling system.
Duct Collar - Supply - Outlet
The supply outlet duct collar pushes conditioned air into the wine room from the wine cooling unit.
Combo Duct Kit - Supply, Return & Flex Duct
The combo duct collar kit includes one duct collar supply outlet, one duct collar return inlet, and a flex duct.
Flexible Ductwork
This option includes one box of 25 ft. / 7.6 m and 10 in. / 25.4 cm round insulated flexible ductwork for Sentinel Series systems D050, D088, DP50, DP88, DS050, DS088, SP50, and SP88.
Control and Humidifier Options
Remote Interface Controller
The Wine Guardian Remote Interface Controller includes thermostat, humidistat, and monitor controls. It can be placed inside or outside the wine room when used with a remote sensor.
Remote Sensor
The Wine Guardian Remote Sensor detects temperature and humidity in the wine cellar. It is useful for large rooms, multiple-room applications, or averaging temperature and humidity readings across different cellar areas. Each sensor includes 50 feet of cable.
Integrated Humidifier
The Wine Guardian Integrated Humidifier attaches directly to the Wine Guardian cooling system and uses the same power source and remote controller.
Standalone Humidifier - Powered by Cooling Unit
This Wine Guardian freestanding humidifier includes a power-control cable that connects to the Wine Guardian cooling system. It also includes a wall-mount bracket for flexible placement.
Standalone Humidifier - Independent Power
This Wine Guardian freestanding humidifier includes a wall-mount bracket, power cord, and humidistat for use in cellars without a Wine Guardian cooling system.
Wine Guardian warrants, to the original buyer, its goods and all parts thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of invoicing, assuming normal use and service.
3-Year Extended Warranty
Extends the warranty period for the compressor, evaporator coil, and condenser coil parts only by three years.
